Driveway Bollards – A brief guide.

The most popular choice for private driveways is to use fully automatic driveway bollards. These are a great option when multiple access is required throughout the day. If an automated system was required, there are many different options available for use. There are simple options such as keyfob operation, or the bollards could be lowered and raised by other means, such as access intercom or proximity cards. There are a multitude of options to suit your needs.
Additional safety should always be considered with automatic driveway bollards, such a vehicle induction loops, warning signs and indicator lights.
Whatever option you find most suitable, the vast majority of driveway bollards come in a choice of styles. Some offer varying heights and diameters, and often they are available in either a painted or a stainless steel finish.
